Fulfillment for us looks like not caring how close Friday is anymore because we love what we do and don’t experience burnout.

Because we now know this feeling, we not only never want to go back to a 9-5, but we want everyone else to experience this too.

The biggest shift in our fulfillment was when we stopped measuring our success by a monetary value.

Once we did this, our business actually grew (which seems odd). 💸✨

But here is what we’ve narrowed it down to.

In order to be fulfilled in your work, you need these three things: Vision, Passion, and Value.

In order to scale and make more money, you need to serve people.

We no longer measure success on the amount we do in sales.

But rather, how many people we serve.

Once you train your brain to focus on the impact, naturally you make more money 💸✨
